Create folder like appdata on windows 10

How to build a folder that accessible like %APPDATA%? I mean I've folder at this path C:\Users\root\Workspace\ and I want to whenever I open RUN program and type %WORKSPACE% then explorer will open to directory I want.


Our machine running on Windows 10.
