Page table memory leak in Windows 10

I have a memory leak which is cosuming almost all 10GB of my physical RAM. It is not visible in the task manager.

I have followed a few guides on the internet using different tools like RAM map and process explorer and what I could determine, I think I may have a leak in the page table.

The most relevant guide I have found so far is from this post: https://superuser.com/a/769002 but unfortunately, the process name is coming up as "Unknown". Is there any way to find out what this process is?
